With the bottleless dispenser, you only pay the monthly rental, thus you save a lot on the bottled water bill. Office workers will use up 1.5 liters of water daily. Since they are out most of the time, your water bill will remain at the usual range.
When it comes to cost and installation, there is a difference. The plumbed-in dispenser will cost extra for the installation of the plumbing. The installer will need a 13 amp socket within 2 meters from the unit so you also have make this ready for easy installation.
